Mentoring Program

The MEBC Mentoring Program strengthens the link between the yachting industry and the university teams competing. Sector experts give each team bespoke, targeted advice on their project and objectives, ensuring students get the best possible feedback on their boat — helping them innovate further and focus on design.

A bridge between universities and industry

Guidance from industry experts

Designed to strengthen exchanges between academia and industry, the programme gives student teams access to targeted guidance from leading sector experts. Mentors help teams refine technical choices, clarify objectives and raise the overall quality of their work — close dialogue that supports innovation and keeps the focus on design and development.
