Meet the team

UGent Sailing is organised into several focused sub-teams: Construction, Electrical, Energy, Design and Autonomous. This structure lets every member contribute where their strengths lie, while still collaborating closely on one shared project. Alongside the core teams, the group works with volunteers who contribute whenever their schedule allows, keeping the team flexible and accessible for students from varying backgrounds and availabilities. Organisational teams handle sponsorship relations, finances, communication and the website. Together they form a highly motivated, collaborative group, driven by enthusiasm, shared responsibility and ambition for the project.
